KINGSLAND ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD MEMBER

Kingsland Energy Corp. has appointed Douglas Whitehead as a director.

Mr. Whitehead, an accomplished project developer and manager, leads and manages diverse projects across all businesses within a prominent group of companies. With over 15 years of experience in project management, focusing on project planning and execution, he possesses a project management professional designation.

Currently, the board comprises: Wayne Bernakevitch, chairman; Jeffrey Allison, president, chief executive officer and corporate secretary; Lionel Kambeitz; and Douglas Whitehead.
