The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a definitive purchase agreement dated Dec. 16, 2025, among Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp. and Orecap Invest Corp. in connection with the purchase of the Mirado project, Ontario, by the company.

Pursuant to the agreement, the company has agreed to acquire from Orecap a 100-per-cent interest in the property. Consideration was 40,582,767 shares of the company.

No finder's fee was payable in connection with the agreement.
