KELLY VENTURES ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF LETTER OF INTENT FOR PROPOSED QUALIFYING TRANSACTION

Kelly Ventures Ltd. has decided to terminate the letter of intent previously announced on Dec. 21, 2020, and updated on June 30, 2021, and July 26, 2022, regarding the proposed acquisition of Ebers Tech Inc. by way of a share exchange agreement.

Kelly Ventures continues to pursue and evaluate other opportunities for a potential qualifying transaction.

The company will request that trading in its shares be resumed.
