KEON CAPITAL INC. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Keon Capital Inc. will conduct a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $254,533 through the issuance of up to 3,636,185 common shares of the company at seven cents per share.

The company may pay finders' fees in connection with the financing. Securities issued under the financing will be subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. The company intends to use the proceeds of the financing for general working capital.
