Kenadyr Metals Announces Management Changes

VANCOUVER, BC - July 3, 2025 - Kenadyr Metals Corp. (TSX-V: KEN.H; OTC-MKTS: KNDYF; FRA: KM0) (the "Corporation" or "Kenadyr") is pleased to announce certain management role changes. Jonathan Yan has stepped down from his role as a director of the Corporation and has been appointed as the Corporation's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Kevin Ma has stepped down from his role as the Corporation's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary and has been appointed as a director of the Corporation.

Mr. Yan is an experienced executive in audit and accounting for various private and publicly listed Canadian companies. He is serving and has served as a director and a CFO of several public companies listed on the CSE. He holds a Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of British Columbia.
