KENADYR METALS ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Kenadyr Metals Corp. has made certain management role changes.

Jonathan Yan has stepped down from his role as a director of the corporation and has been appointed as the corporation's chief financial officer and corporate secretary. Kevin Ma has stepped down from his role as the corporation's chief financial officer and corporate secretary and has been appointed as a director of the corporation.

Mr. Yan is an experienced executive in audit and accounting for various private and publicly listed Canadian companies. He is serving and has served as a director and a CFO of several public companies listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange. He holds a diploma in accounting and a bachelor of science from the University of British Columbia.
