The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Kenadyr Mining Corp., which owns the Borubai project in the Chuy region of Kyrgyz Republic. Pursuant to the terms of the share purchase agreement dated Sept. 27, 2023, between the company and the arm's-length purchaser, the purchaser paid cash consideration of $980,000 (U.S.) (reflecting the $1.0-million (U.S.) purchase price after working capital adjustments) to the company for the asset.
