KENADYR ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF SALE OF SUBSIDIARY

Kenadyr Metals Corp. has completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Kenadyr Mining Corp., the indirect owner of the Borubai property located in the Kyrgyz Republic. As described in more detail in the company's news releases dated Oct. 19, 2023, and Dec. 7, 2023, and in the company's information circular dated Nov. 2, 2023, in consideration for all of the shares of Kenadyr Mining, the company received cash consideration of $980,000 (U.S.) (reflecting the $1.0-million (U.S.) purchase price, after working capital adjustments).
