KOLIBRI GLOBAL ENERGY INC. REVOCATION OF MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER

Further to the news release dated May 2, 2024, Kolibri Global Energy Inc. has completed the filing of the company's annual information form, annual audited financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and related officer certifications for the financial year ended Dec. 31, 2023. Accordingly, the management cease trade order issued by the B.C. Securities Commission on April 3, 2024, under National Policy 12-203 (Management Cease Trade Orders) has been revoked and is no longer in effect.
