American Potash Corp. KCL-CSE ("American Potash" or the "Company") announces that it intends to extend the terms of its 12,800,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued on September 8, 2020 and exercisable for one common share at an exercise price of $0.075. The Warrants are currently set to expire on September 8, 2023. Under the terms of the amendment, the expiry date for the Warrants will be extended to December 8, 2023. The Company also announces that it has agreed to issue 848,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per common share to settle outstanding debt in the amount of $42,400.
