AMERICAN POTASH ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION AND DEBT SETTLEMENT

American Potash Corp. intends to extend the terms of its 12.8 million common share purchase warrants issued on Sept. 8, 2020, and exercisable for one common share at an exercise price of 7.5 cents. The warrants are currently set to expire on Sept. 8, 2023. Under the terms of the amendment, the expiry date for the warrants will be extended to Dec. 8, 2023.

The company also announces that it has agreed to issue 848,000 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per common share to settle outstanding debt in the amount of $42,400.
