The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 35-per-cent interest in the Trundle, Fairholme, Jemalong, Cundumbul and Condobolin licences, located in central New South Wales, pursuant to an asset purchase agreement dated July 27, 2023, between the company and an arm's-length vendor.

Consideration:  40 million common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share
