KINCORA ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER MEETING RESULTS

Kincora Copper Ltd. has released the results of voting at its annual general and special meeting on Sept. 26, 2023, at 4 p.m. PT held by hybrid meeting with webcast from Vancouver, Canada.

All matters submitted to shareholders for approval as set out in the company's notice of meeting and information circular, dated Aug. 17, 2023, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the meeting with 38.37 per cent of shareholder proxies returned.
