Further to its bulletin dated May 28, 2025, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that K-Bro Linen Inc. subscription receipts have been delisted, effective at the close on June 11, 2025. According to the TSX, the company has closed the acquisition of Star Mayan Ltd. and holders of subscription receipts will receive one common share of the company per subscription receipt held.

The TSX reports that holders of subscription receipts of record on June 6, 2025, are entitled to receive a dividend equivalent payment of 10 cents per subscription receipt, which will be paid on June 13, 2025. As the subscription receipts are uncertificated, holders of subscription receipts need not take any action in order to receive the shares.
