K-BRO ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

K-Bro Linen Inc. has released the results of its annual general meeting (AGM), held on June 7, 2023. A total of 6,553,778 shares were voted in person or by proxy, representing 60.8 per cent of the outstanding shares as of the record date. Shareholders approved all items of business before the AGM, including the election of directors as noted herein.
