KING'S BAY ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

King's Bay Resources Corp. has reappointed Nicholas Rodway, PGeo, to the company's board of directors.

Dominic Verdejo has resigned from the board of directors.

Kevin Bottomley, president and chief executive officer, stated: "We are very pleased to welcome Nick back to our board of directors. Nick has previously served as a director but took a leave when he was appointed the president and chief executive officer of Core Assets Corp. He has had tremendous success guiding Core, and, while his focus continues to be managing Core, he has indicated his willingness and ability to spend some time providing guidance and direction to the company's management. We wish to thank Dominic for all his efforts and involvement in helping reorganize King's Bay and wish him well in his other endeavours."
