Mr. Akshay Sood reports
DYNAMITE BLOCKCHAIN PROVIDES CORPORATE AND DISCLOSURE
UPDATES
As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, Dynamite Blockchain Corp. has issued the
following press release to retract and clarify its disclosure.
Dynamite Blockchain wishes to provide clarification regarding certain disclosures made in prior
company filings and news releases relating to Kaspa Secure Technologies Inc. and Kaspa Secure's IMME wallet technology.
At the time of Dynamite's acquisition of Kaspa Secure in May, 2025, the IMME wallet application
was fully developed and functionally operational from a technical standpoint. However, before
launching the wallet commercially, the company intends to complete the following:
-
Integration of the Kaspa blockchain into the IMME wallet;
- Rebranding of the product under the company's go-to-market strategy;
- Undertaking testing, compliance review and user-experience (UX) refinements.
This work is estimated to require approximately two to three months of development and quality
assurance and the anticipated costs are estimated at $50,000 to $60,000. These activities
represent the development milestones referenced in the company's news release dated July
24, 2025.
The company retracts prior statements that the IMME wallet or Kaspa Secure's solutions were
"industry leading," "market leading" and provided a "best-in-class crypto experience." As the
wallet is not yet in commercial use, these claims are unproven. The company confirms it will
refrain from using such statements going forward.
The company also confirms that Kaspa Secure is not currently providing "security, compliance and digital identity solutions" and is not currently "providing businesses with seamless
compliance tools." These capabilities represent intended future functionality, subject to further
development and integration.
The IMME wallet is considered proprietary as it was internally developed by Kaspa Secure in
2022, with the source code and technical architecture owned by Kaspa Secure. No third party
licensing agreements govern its operation.
Although originally developed in 2022, management considers that the IMME wallet remains
current and commercially viable because, among other things:
-
The codebase is modular and designed for blockchain-agnostic integrations;
-
Core security and relevant modules remain applicable;
-
Planned updates (Kaspa blockchain integration, UX refinements) are expected to align
with 2025 commercial requirements.
The audited financial statements of Kaspa Secure, included in the company's business acquisition
report filed on SEDAR+ respecting Kaspa Secure, referenced "copyrights" and
"trademarks." Upon further review, Kaspa Secure does not hold any registered copyrights. This
disclosure was incorrect and is hereby retracted. Kaspa Secure holds one registered trademark,
covering the IMME brand name in Canada, with an expiry date of September, 2032. Kaspa
Secure does not have any other registered trademarks.
The company retracts prior disclosure that the IMME wallet was the "world's first regulated and
compliant digital identity and crypto wallet." The company has not obtained a regulatory
designation or licensing for the wallet. No regulator currently oversees the IMME wallet.
