Dynamite Blockchain Files Revised Business Acquisition Report

Vancouver, B.C., September 9, 2025 - Dynamite Blockchain Corp. (the "Company" or "Dynamite") (CSE: KAS) announces that it has filed a revised Business Acquisition Report on SEDAR+ in connection with its acquisition of Kaspa Secure Technologies Inc. on May 12, 2025.

The Company wishes to clarify that the document previously filed on SEDAR+ on July 28, 2025 under the "Business Acquisition Report" category should not be relied upon, given such document did not comply with the requirements for a business acquisition report set out in Section 8 of NI 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
