DYNAMITE BLOCKCHAIN FILES REVISED BUSINESS ACQUISITION REPORT

Dynamite Blockchain Corp. has filed a revised business acquisition report on SEDAR+ in connection with its acquisition of Kaspa Secure Technologies Inc. on May 12, 2025.

The company wishes to clarify that the document previously filed on SEDAR+ on July 28, 2025, under the business acquisition report category should not be relied upon, given such document did not comply with the requirements for a business acquisition report set out in Section 8 of National Instrument 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations).
