LEVELJUMP HEALTHCARE CORP. ANNOUNCES SALE OF REAL TIME MEDICAL INVESTMENT

Leveljump Healthcare Corp. has entered into an agreement to sell its investment in Real Time Medical Inc. (RTM).

On Aug. 25, 2023, the company entered into an agreement with RTM and its directors to sell the company's interest in RTM for $1,082,000 in cash, to designees of RTM. The sale is scheduled to close on or before Jan. 15, 2024.

As part of the agreement, the company has agreed to discontinue its oppression claim against RTM and its directors (CV-22-683214-00CL) in Ontario Superior Court (see the company's news release dated July 5, 2022), and forgive a shareholder loan to RTM.
