PIONEER MEDIA HOLDINGS BOARD CHANGES AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Darcy Taylor has resigned from Pioneer Media Holdings Inc.'s board of directors and as chief executive officer. Management would like to thank Mr. Taylor for his contributions to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The company also has appointed Michael Edwards to its board of directors. Mr. Edwards will also assume the role of interim chief executive officer to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Taylor's departure.
