JNR ANNOUNCES GRANTING OF STOCK OPTIONS/DIRECTORS RE-ELECTED
JNR Resources Inc. has granted incentive stock options to
13 individuals who are directors, officers, employees and
consultants of the company to purchase up to two million common shares in
its capital stock at a price of 25 cents per share, exercisable for a
period of five years.
The company would also like to announce that at the annual general
meeting of the shareholders held on Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, Richard
Kusmirski, Tracy Hurley, Dr. Leslie Beck, Ron Hochstein and David
Billard were all re-elected as directors and all proposed resolutions
were approved.
