JPMorgan International Developed Equity to trade on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that JPMorgan International Developed Equity Active ETF will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2026, for trading at the open on Jan. 28, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 350,000 units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol JIDE, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 48090B 10 5.

The TSX reports that the ETF seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equity securities of companies in developed markets outside of North America. According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions of income on its units, if any, on an annual basis. The ETF's manager is JPMorgan Asset Management (Canada) Inc., its transfer agent and registrar is JP Morgan Bank Canada at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31.

As stated in its final prospectus dated Jan. 7, 2025, the ETF is issuing 350,000 units at $40 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering before the open on Jan. 28, 2026. The designated market-maker is RBC Dominion Securities Inc.
