A cease trade order was issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on July 3, 2025, against Jinhua Capital Corp. for failing to file its annual audited financial statements for the period ended Dec. 31, 2024, the interim financial report for the period ended March 31, 2025, the management's discussion and analysis for each of the periods ended Dec. 31, 2024, and March 31, 2025, and the certifications of annual and interim filings for the periods ended Dec. 31, 2024, and March 31, 2025.

Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
