JPMORGAN ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE JPMORGAN ETFS

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM)* today declared the final May, 2026, cash distributions for the JPMorgan ETFs (exchange-traded funds) listed in the attached table. The JPMorgan ETFs trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on June 1, 2026, will receive cash distributions payable on June 5, 2026. Details of the per-unit distributions are provided in the table.
