JAYDEN CFO HERRICK LAU RETIRES

Herrick Lau has resigned form his positions as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of Jayden Resources Inc. after serving as the CFO for 17 years.

The company would like to thank Mr. Lau for his years of service and wish him the best in his retirement. The company is currently assessing a potential replacement for the CFO and corporate secretary.
