JAMES BAY RESOURCES LIMITED ANNOUNCES $350,000 OFFERING

James Bay Resources Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 17.5 million common shares of the company at a price of two cents per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $350,000. The closing of the offering will take place on or before Nov. 26, 2025.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used to finance working capital.

The common shares issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a four-month-plus-one-day regulatory hold period commencing from the date of closing.
