JPMORGAN ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE JPMORGAN ETFS

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM)* today declared the final June, 2026, cash distributions for the JPMorgan ETFs (exchange-traded funds) listed in the attached table. The JPMorgan ETFs trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on July 17, 2026, will receive cash distributions payable on July 23, 2026. Details of the per-unit distributions are provided in the attached table.
