JAXON MINING INC. ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGES

March 10, 2025, Vancouver, BC Jaxon Mining Inc. ("Jaxon" or the "Company) announces the following changes in directors:

Melinda Hsu resigned as a director of the Company on November 26, 2024, Yingting (Tony) Guo resigned as President and a director of the Company, effective November 27, 2024, and James Lavigne resigned as a director of the Company on February 21, 2025.

On February 21, 2025, the Company appointed Joshua Lazerson and Andris Kikauka as directors of the Company.
