JAXON MINING INC. ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGES

Jaxon Mining Inc. has made the following changes in directors.

Melinda Hsu resigned as a director of the company on Nov. 26, 2024, Yingting (Tony) Guo resigned as president and a director of the company, effective Nov. 27, 2024, and James Lavigne resigned as a director of the company on Feb. 21, 2025.

On Feb. 21, 2025, the company appointed Joshua Lazerson and Andris Kikauka as directors of the company.
