LOTUS REPORTS 2024 AGM RESULTS

Lotus Ventures Inc. has released the results from the annual general meeting hosted in Vancouver, B.C., on Feb. 12, 2024. The participation rate for votes totalled 54.2 per cent of the eligible 115,111,439 shares outstanding. The directors recommended by management in the information circular were appointed. Dale McClanaghan receiving over 74 per cent of votes cast with the balance abstaining, and each of the others, Carl Correia, Maurice Creagh and Simon Davie, receiving approximately 82 per cent of votes cast with the balance abstaining. The number of directors was set at four, and the shareholders approved the company's stock option plan, authorized the board to appoint an auditor, and ratified all acts, deeds and things done by the directors of the company on its behalf since the last meeting.
