The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a finder's fee agreement between International Prospect Ventures Ltd. and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the agreement, the company issued 600,000 common shares at a deemed price of 3.5 cents per share as consideration for the finder's fee owed for finding a purchaser for the company's sale of a 100-per-cent undivided right, title and interest in and to the company's portfolio of exploration-stage uranium projects located in Canada.
