The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Invesco ESG Global Bond ETF will be delisted at the close on July 13, 2026. According to the TSX, the exchange-traded fund (ETF) will be terminated and all outstanding Canadian-dollar units of the ETF will be redeemed or or about July 17, 2026.

As soon as practicable following the termination, the proceeds of the liquidation of the ETF, less all liabilities and expenses incurred in connection with the termination, if applicable, will be distributed to the remaining unitholders of the ETF on a pro rata basis. Payment of the termination proceeds will be made on or about July 22, 2026, through CDS Clearing and Depository Securities Inc. As the units trade in the book entry system of CDS, unitholders need not take any action with respect to receiving their termination proceeds.
