INVESQUE INC. PROVIDES BUSINESS UPDATE AND ANNOUNCES CALL TO DISCUSS BUSINESS UPDATE

Invesque Inc. has issued a business update which can be found on Invesque's website and on SEDAR+.

The company will hold a conference call to review the update on Wednesday, March 19, at 10 a.m. ET. Investors and other interested parties may access the conference call in the ways shown in the attached table.
