IVANHOE MINES TO ISSUE KAMOA-KAKULA UPDATED TECHNICAL REPORT AFTER MARKET CLOSE ON MARCH 31, 2026 AND HOST A CONFERENCE CALL FOR INVESTORS ON THE SAME DAY AT 4:30PM EST

Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. will file the updated Kamoa-Kakula technical report and issue a press release summarizing the report shortly after market close on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

In addition, the company will hold an investor conference call to discuss the Kamoa-Kakula technical report on the same day at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time/1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The conference call will conclude with a question-and-answer session. Media are invited to attend on a listen-only basis.
