INTERCONNECT ENTERS INTO LOAN AGREEMENT

On Jan. 28, 2026, Interconnect Ventures Corp. entered into a loan agreement with Global Energy Synergy Partners Company (the lender), an arm's-length party, pursuant to which the lender agreed to advance the company a loan in the principal amount of $80,000 on the terms and conditions set out in the loan agreement. The loan bears interest at a rate of 12 per cent per annum from the date that it is advanced until Jan. 27, 2027. On the maturity date, the principal amount plus any accrued interest shall be immediately payable to the lender.

On Sept. 30, 2026, the lender and the company entered into an extension agreement whereby the parties agreed to extend the maturity date of the loan to May 30, 2028. The proceeds of the loan have been used by the company for general working capital purposes.
