Invesco Russell 1000 Dynamic-Multifactor lists on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Invesco Russell 1000 Dynamic-Multifactor Index ETF will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on July 26, 2023, for trading at the open on July 27, 2023. According to the TSX, there will be 50,000 Canadian-dollar-denominated units and 50,000 Canadian-dollar-denominated hedged units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The Canadian-dollar-denominated units will trade under the symbol IUMF and with Cusip No. 46147A 10 4, and the Canadian-dollar-denominated hedged units will trade under the symbol IUMF.F and with Cusip No. 46147A 20 3.

The TSX reports that the ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Russell 1000 Invesco Dynamic Multifactor Index or any successor thereto, on an unhedged basis in the case of any unhedged units or on a hedged basis in the case of any hedged units. The ETF invests, directly or indirectly, primarily in equity securities of companies listed in the United States.

According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions on its units on a quarterly basis. Its manager and trustee, Invesco Canada Ltd., may, at its discretion, change the frequency of the distributions and will issue a news release if such a change is made. The ETF's transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31, and the designated market-maker is RBC Capital Markets.

As stated in its prospectus dated July 12, 2023, the ETF is issuing 50,000 Canadian-dollar-denominated units at $20 and 50,000 Canadian-dollar-denominated hedged units at $20 in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering on July 26, 2023.
