Invesco U.S. Treasury Floating to trade on TSX Jan. 18

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Invesco U.S. Treasury Floating Rate Note Index ETF (USD) will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Jan. 17, 2024, for trading at the open on Jan. 18, 2024. According to the TSX, there will be 50,000 units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol IUFR.U, in U.S. dollars and with Cusip No. 46149D 10 6.

The TSX reports that the ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the FTSE U.S. Treasury Floating Rate Note Index or any successor thereto. The ETF invests, directly or indirectly, primarily in U.S. treasury floating rate notes with time to maturity greater than or equal to one month.

The ETF's manager and trustee is Invesco Canada Ltd., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions on its units on a monthly basis. The manager may, at its discretion, change the frequency of the cash distributions and will issue a news release if such a change is made.

As stated in its prospectus dated Jan. 8, 2024, the ETF is issuing 50,000 units at $20 (U.S.) per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering on Jan. 17, 2024. The designated market-maker is RBC Capital Markets Inc.
