The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. will list an additional 33,672,000 common shares at the open on Jan. 27, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $2.22 (U.S.) per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Jan. 22, 2026, to the prospectus dated Nov. 22, 2023.
