I3 ENERGY PLC ANNOUNCES 3RD QUARTER 2023 DIVIDEND DECLARATION

i3 Energy PLC has declared the following quarterly dividend.

Quarterly dividend

i3 has declared its third quarter 2023 dividend totalling 3,083,000 pounds sterling and confirms the following:

• Dividend: 0.2565 pence/share for the quarter;
• Ex dividend date: Oct. 12, 2023;
• Record date: Oct. 13, 2023;
• Payment date: Oct. 27, 2023.

Payment to shareholders holding their shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange will be made in Canadian dollars using the exchange rate from the Bank of England at close on the dividend announcement date, Oct. 2, 2023.
