ISC TO RELEASE 2024 FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 7, 2024

Information Services Corp. will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024, on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, after market close. Information Services' unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements and the related management's discussion and analysis for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024, will be available on SEDAR+ and on the company's website.

An investor conference call will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 11 a.m. ET to discuss the results. Those joining the call on a listen-only basis are encouraged to join the live audio webcast, which will be available on Information Services' website.

Participants who wish to ask a question on the live call may do so through the Information Services website.
