Inspiration Mining Corp. has formally changed its name from Inspiration Energy Corp. to Inspiration Mining Corp. and will commence trading its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new name on Feb. 26, 2026. The ticker symbol ISP will remain the same.

The new Cusip number will be 45791Q100, and the new ISIN will be CA45791Q1000.
