IA CLARINGTON INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES AUGUST 2023 DISTRIBUTIONS FOR ACTIVE ETF SERIES

IA Clarington Investments Inc. has declared the August, 2023, distributions for its Active ETF series. Unitholders of record as of Sept. 1, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Sept. 12, 2023.

Per-unit distributions are detailed in the attached table.
