IA Clarington Investments Inc. has declared the June, 2023, distributions for its Active ETF series, and has made risk rating changes for the IA Clarington Inhance Moderate SRI Portfolio and IA Wealth Moderate Portfolio.

Active ETF Series distributions

Unitholders of record as of July 4, 2023 will receive cash distributions payable on July 12, 2023.

Risk rating changes

The risk ratings for the IA Clarington Inhance Moderate SRI Portfolio and IA Wealth Moderate Portfolio have changed from Low to Low-to-Medium, effective June 16, 2023. The changes are consistent with regulatory requirements and the Canadian Securities Administrators' (CSA) risk classification methodology. The funds' investment objectives and strategies will remain unchanged.
