ISIGN MEDIA ANNOUNCES DELAY IN THE RELEASE OF ITS ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

iSign Media Solutions Inc.'s annual financials will be filed late.

The delay completing the company's annual audited financial statements relates, inter alia, to certain matters that require additional review and assessment of their impact, if any, on the annual financial statements.

The company will provide regular updates on its financial statement filings until they are filed.
