These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 33,357,104 units with 33,357,104 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange in two tranches effective April 20, 2023, and May 3, 2023. Out of 33,357,104 total warrants, 74,074 warrants have been exercised.
