INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION UPDATED SHARE CAPITAL

In accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act, International Petroleum Corp. has provided an update.

Following the cancellation of 24,538 common shares repurchased by International Petroleum under the normal course issuer bid/share repurchase program, the total number of issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation is 112,155,527 common shares with voting rights as at Oct. 31, 2025, and International Petroleum holds no common shares in treasury.
