INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION UPDATED SHARE CAPITAL

Following the cancellation of 445,000 common shares repurchased by International Petroleum Corp. under the normal course issuer bid/share repurchase program, the total number of issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation is 125,438,160 common shares with voting rights as at March 28, 2024, and International Petroleum holds no common shares in treasury.
