Following the cancellation of 486,400 common shares repurchased by International Petroleum Corp. under the normal course issuer bid/share repurchase program, the total number of issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation is 129,189,220 common shares with voting rights as at Sept. 29, 2023, and International Petroleum holds no common shares in treasury.
