INNOVOTECH INC. ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

Innovotech Inc. concluded its annual general and special meeting of shareholders on Oct. 10, 2023. Shareholders voted in favour of all matters, which included the re-election of James Timourian, Karen Farkas, David Tam, Bernard Grobbelaar, Julie Wright and Craig Milne as directors of the company. Shareholders approved a grant of 150,000 incentive stock options under its stock option plan exercisable at 12 cents per share to six directors in the amount of 25,000 per director. The options are for five years and expire on Oct. 12, 2028.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of D&H Group LLP as the company's auditor for the 2024 fiscal year and reapproved the company's existing 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.
